My entrepreneurial drive and desire to make a meaningful impact opened doors to exciting new opportunities. I led digital marketing and strategy efforts for Grammy Award and Billboard Award-winning recording artists - designing and developing websites and CD packaging for multiple international album releases and managing online communities with thousands of members.
Twenty-five years later
I continue to evolve and adapt as a designer and team leader - working in industries such as entertainment, hospitality, automotive, consumer, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and government organizations. I've worked with Grammy and Billboard award-winning musicians, managed communities with thousands of members, and helped transform VW.com. I art directed and designed award-winning web experiences for blockbuster films like “The Bourne Ultimatum” and worked with a multi-vendor team to overhaul Healthcare.gov.


Recent Work
Most recently, I established a global design practice within a multi-billion-dollar consulting firm. I helped secure a $20M contract and led the design of a cloud-based Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence (IAAI) platform for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. At AstraZeneca, I led large keystone projects for global clinical, medical, and commercial organizations in the Oncology and BioPharmaceutical Business Units. I continued my passion for customer experience by leading the internal adoption of design systems and implementing best practices and standards related to digital accessibility.
My dedication to creating better customer experiences continues to motivate me. As I grow as a designer, I aim to lead teams and use emerging technologies effectively to create products and services that improve all of our lives.

Responsible for leading large keystone projects for global clinical, medical, and commercial organizations in the Oncology and BioPharmaceutical Business Units.
Guidehouse
Built the global design team, establishing new capabilities in UX and UI Design, Service Design, Research, and Front-end Development, growing the team by 350%. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding competency leads in each of the core areas of the digital team.
HZDG
Led all digital initiatives for our largest client, Volkswagen, for over eight years. Responsible for developing and implementing a component-driven design approach, established agency-wide standards for seamless inter-agency coordination, and optimizing vendor management.
